  • I can prescribe an array of medications that help manage symptoms for a wide range of conditions — including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. This includes medications like:

    Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs)


    • Escitalopram (Lexapro), Sertraline (Zoloft), Fluoxetine (Prozac), and more.


    Serotonin & Norepinephrine Reuptake Inhibitors (SNRIs)


    • Duloxetine (Cymbalta), Desvenlafaxine (Pristiq), and more.



    Atypical Antipsychotics


    • Aripiprazole (Abilify), Olanzapine (Zyprexa), Quetiapine (Seroquel), and more.

    I do not prescribe controlled substances. This includes medications like:

    • Benzodiazepines (Xanax or Klonopin)

    • Stimulants (Adderall or Concerta)

    • Hallucinogens (ketamine)

    But I can prescribe other non-addictive, clinically proven medications and treatment options that may support you.

  • Memberships are $129 per month, beginning on the day of your first visit. There is also a one-time $70 registration fee for us to process and review your intake forms.

  • Your initial visit with Dr. Holtski includes a 1 hour intake session. After that, we’ll work together to decide how often we should meet according to your specific needs and my clinical recommendations, but your membership covers up to 2 visits per month.

    If you need support between sessions, you can log into your patient portal and send me a message. Responses to messages can take up to 3 business days.
